How tall are the easels and what size displays do they support?
Our easels are approximately 1.8 metres tall and are suitable for displaying materials up to A0 in landscape or A1 in portrait orientation. They’re ideal for posters, certificates, signage, and photo boards.
How much does it cost to hire an easel?
The daily rental fee is R95.00 ex VAT per easel. Discounts for long-term hire are available on request.
How many easels can I hire at once?
We have 10 easels available for hire. You can rent any number from 1 to 10 depending on availability.
Do you offer delivery and collection?
Yes. We offer delivery in:
- Johannesburg for R100 ex VAT per invoice.
- Pretoria for R150 ex VAT per invoice.
You’re also welcome to collect and return from our studio in Malvern East, Johannesburg.
How far in advance should I book my easels?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially if you require delivery or are hiring multiple easels. For urgent bookings, contact us directly to check availability.
What happens if I return the easels late or damaged?
- Late returns are charged at R250 ex VAT per day.
- Damaged or lost easels will be charged at the replacement cost of R1,950.00 ex VAT per unit.
