Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?
Yes, within reason. Posters, mounted canvas prints, Labour charts, Block mounts, Aluminum frames and other failry durable items can be shipped throughout South Africa.
Items that have large glass or are very heavy can only be delivered in Gauteng
Where can I upload my photo during my order?
There is a link on all order pages, just above the add to bag button where you can upload your image.
What warranty do you offer?
All products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against manufacturing defects and will gladly be replaced or repaired.
Do you offer refunds?
No, most of our products are custom made and as such we do not offer refunds. Where possible we will offer a store credit that can be used to purchase other items.
How do I know if the qaulity of my image is good enough?
If in doubt email your image to lloyd@lazerlink.co.za with a description of what you require and the size. We will check the image and let you know if it is suitable.
Can you make a collage?
We do not do design work but work from print ready artwork. If you design a collage, we can print it.
What files do you print from?
300+DPI Jpeg or PDF
What bleed do you require?
On Canvas we work on a 25mm bleed and 5mm on certifiate & photo prints.
